Deposits & Payments

Full payment is due at time of booking. 

Cancellations

  • 7+ days before installation: Deposits remain non-refundable, but any additional payments made will be refunded in full.

  • Within 7 days of installation: No refunds will be issued, as décor items and materials will have already been purchased and reserved for your project.

Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule their installation date at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

  • Reschedule requests made within 7 days may incur a fee to cover material and scheduling costs.

After Installation

  • Once installation is complete, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for décor packages, as they are custom, seasonal, and perishable.

  • If there is an issue with the quality of your display (e.g., damaged items at installation), please notify us within 24 hours and we will provide a replacement or correction at no additional cost.

Weather & Seasonal Availability

  • Please note: Certain seasonal décor (pumpkins, mums, specialty items) is subject to availability. In rare cases, substitutions may be made while preserving the overall look and feel of your display.
