Deposits & Payments
Full payment is due at time of booking.
Cancellations

7+ days before installation: Deposits remain non-refundable, but any additional payments made will be refunded in full.

Within 7 days of installation: No refunds will be issued, as décor items and materials will have already been purchased and reserved for your project.
Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their installation date at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

Reschedule requests made within 7 days may incur a fee to cover material and scheduling costs.
After Installation

Once installation is complete, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for décor packages, as they are custom, seasonal, and perishable.

If there is an issue with the quality of your display (e.g., damaged items at installation), please notify us within 24 hours and we will provide a replacement or correction at no additional cost.
Weather & Seasonal Availability

Please note: Certain seasonal décor (pumpkins, mums, specialty items) is subject to availability. In rare cases, substitutions may be made while preserving the overall look and feel of your display.
