Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

The Porch Theory provides seasonal porch decoration packages, including pumpkins, mums, hay bales, and other décor items as listed in each package tier. Packages include delivery and setup unless otherwise stated. Design services, custom add-ons, and removal are available at an additional cost.

2. Substitutions & Seasonal Availability

We reserve the right to substitute décor items (e.g., pumpkins, flowers, or greenery) based on seasonal availability, weather conditions, and supplier limitations. Substitutions will be made with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the package.

 3. Booking & Deposits 

Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 10 or more days before the installation date may receive a partial refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of installation are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure the porch/entryway is clear and accessible on the day of installation.

The Porch Theory is not responsible for cleaning, removing existing décor, or preparing the space unless purchased as an add-on service.

Client is responsible for providing accurate contact and property access information.

6. Liability

The Porch Theory is not responsible for natural wear, weather damage, pests, or theft once décor has been installed.

Décor items are for aesthetic use only and should not be consumed or repurposed.

Client assumes all responsibility for pets, children, or guests interacting with décor items.

7. Removal of Décor

Removal is not included unless purchased as an add-on service.

Client is responsible for disposal of pumpkins, flowers, and décor if removal service is not selected.

8. Photography & Marketing

By booking, the client grants The Porch Theory permission to photograph the decorated porch and use images for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. Clients who wish to opt out must notify us in writing prior to installation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
